The first part of section 17 in the SWCPA handbook
5.7 km along the coast and 9.8 km Inland.
As we were moving to another campsite we drove to the Main car-park in Port Isaac. I say the main car-park because there is another farm car-park just before. I had looked up the busses but there seemed to be nothing useful.
So we walked down the road and picked up the coastal path to Port Gaverne – then a popular footpath down to the little cove. We stopped for coffee at the Port Gaverne Hotel – we had met Annabel’s Uncle completely by chance here about 45 years ago, so it was nice to find it was still a welcoming place.

Then a steep concrete path to the path – and quite a severe part with muddy down and ups for couple of hours before we stopped for lunch.

There was a signpost inland for the Seaview Farm shop and this took us to Damonchapel and then to the main road. So along the road and then along a minor road down to Port Gaverne and back to the van at Port Isaac.
